NEUTRAL DENSITY is a film shot while entering NYC and driving into Brooklyn. It’s named after the ND filter used to shoot against the sky. You can actually see the electronic filter being used before and after entering a tunnel. The intent for this silent film is to be used as a visual element for a musical score.
